The courier will require proof of identity from the person receiving the goods and will be asked to record such details on the invoice.

If the receiver finds the goods to be damaged or items missing and does not wish to accept the item, they must indicate on the waybill the reasons for sending the parcel back and both parties need to sign this indication.
