The Bissell CrossWave multi-surface kit consists of 2 Bissell Multi-Surface Formula, a multi-surface brush roller and a vacuum filter. This kit is ideal for your CrossWave 1713 and has been designed for cleaning different surfaces such as sealed wooden floors, tiles, laminates, and carpets.

Shipping may only be to a physical address within the borders of South Africa. No P.O Box’s allowed.

The courier will require proof of identity from the person receiving the goods and will be asked to record such details on the invoice.

In signing the invoice document the receiver confirms that the goods were found to be undamaged and in good condition.

If the receiver finds the goods to be damaged or items missing and does not wish to accept the item, they must indicate on the waybill the reasons for sending the parcel back and both parties need to sign this indication. Any installations / connections are the clients responsibility. Contact us if you have any doubts in this regard. Any service required as a result of incorrect installations / connections will be for the clients account.

Should Wakefords supply the incorrect product or if the product is damaged or faulty, Wakefords shall exchange the unit for a new one, provided that the damaged unit is returned in its original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Certain “made to order” items may only be returned for replacement but not for refund.

Wakefords works on a seven day refund policy.
